This fluffy pancakes recipe makes me so happy and it is very easy to make! These are the best pancakes ever next to our vegan pancake mix. You can make these quickly and share with the whole family.
Now lets get into how to make pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour (or whole wheat flour, spelt, other flours)

  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder (or baking soda)

  • 3 Tablespoon Sugar

  • 1 1 / 2 Teaspoon Salt

  • 2 Cups Milk (Almond milk, nut milk, buttermilk, or milk of choice)

  • 4 Tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

  • 2 Large Eggs

  • 1 Cup Applesauce

Directions

  • Sift and whisk the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt) in one large bowl.
  • Add the wet ingredients (applesauce, milk, vanilla, melted butter, and egg) to the remaining batter and mix the two.
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  • Pour or scoop the pancake batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 – 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake.
  • Cook 1 minute on each side until bubbles pop and pancakes are golden brown.
  • Serve hot with maple syrup
