Ingredients

  • 5 Slices Bread

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk (or nut milk)

  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Flour

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1 / 2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

  • 1 / 2 Tablespoon Agave or Maple Syrup

Directions

  • Whisk together the almond milk, maple syrup, flour, and cinnamon in a small bowl
  • Pour the ingredients in a large, shallow dish
  • Dip each side of the bread into the mixture until fully soaked
  • Cook bread slices on lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  • Top with strawberries, blueberries and/or any fruit of your choice
