Ingredients
2CupsFine Almond Flour
1 / 4CupCoconut Flour (optional)
1TeaspoonBaking Powder (or baking soda)
2TablespoonAgave, Erythritol, Swerve or sweetener of your choice
1 / 4TeaspoonSea Salt
3 / 4CupAlmond Milk (or nut milk of your choice)
4LargeEgg
3Tablespoonbutter, melted
2TeaspoonsVanilla Extract
1 / 4CupAvocado Oil (or spray)
4oz.Cream Cheese (optional)
Directions
Sift and whisk the dry ingredients (almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt) in a large bowl.
Add the wet ingredients (milk, vanilla, melted butter, and egg) to the remaining batter and mix.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
Pour or scoop the pancake batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 – 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake.
Cook 1 minute on each side until golden brown and serve hot with sugar free syrup or maple syrup.
