DIRECTIONS:
- Clean 1 lb of oyster mushrooms.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Place 1 cup vegan fry mix in a shallow dish for dry mix. In a separate shallow dish, pour in 1 cup non-dairy milk (or water) and 1/2 tbsp apple cidar vinegar for wet mix.
- Dip each oyster mushroom piece into the wet mix, then coat in the vegan fry mix.
- Cook mushrooms in hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
